[source,shell] not [source,bash]

Most of the interactive console sessions in the SDK docs are in [source,bash] blocks. This is incorrect.
[source,bash] is for shell scripts.
[source,shell] should be used for console sessions.
([source,console] is an alias for this.)

...using [source,console] to avoid any possible confusion between bash shell and bash script.
