Update documentation links to couchbase-release packages

We have built and uploaded updated rpm/deb files for installing the couchbase package repositories.

Currently the documentation points at a specific build number e.g couchbase-release-1.0-6 (where '6' represents the build number) however this package does not install correctly on centos 8 or debian 10. Build 7 now replaces this which configures the target system correctly, but to avoid updating the docs each time this file changes, we have also decided to upload the file without the build number - e.g. couchbase-release-1.0-amd64.deb - this file will always be the  a copy of the most current build of couchbase-release 1.0.

Please update the docs to point at the relevant the relevant one/s of the following files:

https://packages.couchbase.com/releases/couchbase-release/couchbase-release-1.0-x86_64.rpm
