Views docs mix DCP and TAP (?) semantics

    Description

      There are a few places in this doc (particularly under stale parameters) where we refer to data needing to be persisted on disk for be available to the view, and/or treating persisted to disk as synonymous with "available from the Data Service". I suspect that a lot of this got carried forward from TAP based docs.
