collections DP page should state limit as '1000 collections per cluster'

    Description

      The limit is incorrectly stated as 1000 collections per bucket on the following DP documentation page:

      https://docs.couchbase.com/server/6.5/developer-preview/collections/collections-overview.html

      Please refer to the Collections PRD (I have been told the design doc states this incorrectly too).

      Jim Walker might be best to fix the Design doc as it seems to be confusing quite a few people.
