    Description

      Offline upgrade from 6.0.4 to 6.5.0 does not work as 6.0.4 include a per-node config migration and it was release after 6.5.0. We should add this information to the 6.5.0 known issues. 6.0.4 will be upgradeable to 6.5.1.
