Description
A customer has struggled to understand that the SDK may automatically compress documents before sending to Couchbase Server from reading the documentation.
The first paragraph on page https://docs.couchbase.com/java-sdk/2.6/compression-intro.html was pointed out in particular, to say that it is not clear that it is the SDK that may automatically compress documents. This is the quote that was highlighted on the aforementioned page in the documentation:
>Documents may already be stored compressed with Snappy. Now documents may be passed from client applications to the server in compressed form
Could it be made clearer in the opening paragraph that it is the SDK that will automatically compress the document to snappy format before sending to Couchbase Server, and under what conditions this is done.
