[FLEX] Documenting characteristics of an FTS index

    Description

      FTS indexes are searchable (ONLINE) the moment they are created. 

      A GSI index on the other hand is deemed ONLINE only after it completes build.

      We need sufficient documentation in the area to let N1QL users know the difference in behavior and what to expect based on the index they choose with USING GSI or USING FTS.
