Correct and impove the couchbase-cli master password doc

    Description

      In particular we should:

      1. remove references to CB_WAIT_FOR_MASTER_PASSWORD as this env var was removed in 4.6.2
      2. mention that the user running the command needs to be have read access on the couchbase group
