Header links not working on page load (Chrome)

    Description

      The header link to peer-to-peer sync is: https://docs.couchbase.com/couchbase-lite/2.7/swift.html#peer-to-peer-sync

      However, when pasting that into a new Chrome tab, the page does not scroll down to the Peer-to-peer section.

      It DOES work in Microsoft Edge.
