Need a warning about how writing non sync gateway owned files in the 'logs' directory.

Somewhere we need a warning to prevent people using the 'logs' directory as a location for files that should not be there and more importantly end up as not having the correct permissions.

My specific case is that a user executed an sgcollect as root writing the zip
file in to the 'logs' directory location, on a subsequent restart the restart script failed as it could not modify the permissions of the file. This prevented sync gateway from starting up.
