Anchors not honored in doc links

Links like this: https://docs.couchbase.com/server/6.5/install/install-platforms.html#supported-browsers

Don't take you to the relevant section on the doc page. It's annoying and definitely damages the utility and usability of our docs to have user have to search again for what they're looking for after following a link that supposedly takes them to the answer.

I would be surprised if this hadn't been noticed already. If so, feel free to dupe out.
