Description
3.1 release notes
"Only those users who are using the above scenario are advised to upgrade to Couchbase Server 3.0.4 immediately. Other users should wait to upgrade to Couchbase Server version 3.0.5, which is the next maintenance release that will offer many significant fixes."
Please remove this line, there isn't any 3.0.4 or 3.0.5 release, all the fixes marked for these releases are in the 3.1 release.
Also please merge the 3.0.4 notes into the main 3.1 release notes, again there wasn't a 3.0.4 release.

"Fixed issues in 3.0.4
The following issue was fixed in the Couchbase Server 3.0.4 release.
Issue Description
MB-14537 Due to race condition per active vbucket on a failed-over node, if the wrong I/O thread wins it could cause that the most recent disk flush commit gets rolled back. Therefore, some of the vbuckets can lose the items in the replication queue and also can additionally lose the most recent disk flush commits."
