Unit of index-stable-snapshot-interval and index-memory-snapshot-interval should be in milliseconds and not seconds

The units of --index-stable-snapshot-interval=[SECONDS] and
--index-memory-snapshot-interval=[SECONDS] are mentioned at SECONDS in documentation but it should MILLISECONDS.

Even in Couchbase UI, the settings units are in (ms)
