Remove getIndexStatus and getIndexStatement endpoints from couchbase docs

The getIndexStatus and getIndexStatement endpoints are officially documented on couchbase docs (https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/rest-api/get-status-indexes.html and https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/rest-api/get-statement-indexes.html). These endpoints are for internal use only not supposed to be shown on official documentation page.

The user is expected to query the "system:indexes", or query the "api/v1/stats" endpoints  for getting these details.
