Description
As we discovered in a customer support ticket, FTS will throw a 429 when it estimates that it will not have enough available memory from its quota to execute the query.
The error code 429 represents the high memory consumption for the Full Text Search (FTS) service when it kicks in the memory throttler. Therefore, when there is no available memory left for the FTS service, it rejects any the incoming FTS query requests because of memory throttling and as a result, any consecutive queries attempted thereafter fail with the query request rejected error message.
