[S3] Cloud environment variables included in the documentation for commands which don't support cloud interactions

What's the issue?
We are using a partial (macro/template adoc) to document the supported environment variables (this is done to avoid duplication), currently these will show up for commands that may not support object store operations; we should add a conditional similar to what we do with other partials. I've attached a screenshot of the documentation for the 'list' sub-command (which doesn't support native cloud interactions) and we can see that the cloud related variables are documented when they shouldn't be.
