Backup collect logs example should not refer to s3 buckets

The example in the cbbackupmgr collect-logs page is the following:

$ cbbackupmgr collect-logs -a /data/backup -o /tmp \

  --upload-host s3.amazonaws.com/cb-customers \

  --customer CUSTOMER_NAME --ticket 378211

This should not refer to the s3 bucket, and instead use uploads.couchbase.com for the host.
