Description
As discussed and confirmed in CBSE-9305 , there can easily be instances where:
1. A tombstone on a 5.x version gets created with a body. For example, a document with user xattrs but no system xattrs is deleted.
2. User offline upgrades the cluster to 6.6.0.
3. No further replication streams involving vbuckets having such tombstones will work. This will break KV rebalance.
The upgrade paths page currently has 5.x -> 6.6 offline upgrade as a supported upgrade path: https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/install/upgrade.html#supported-upgrade-paths-2
