Can not extend BestEffortRetryStrategy

Hi I want to extend BestEffortRetryStrategy as shown in example and it says BestEffortRetryStrategy has no default constructor. What I want is create a strategy to retry given times and fail if passed, since i can not change maxRequestLifetime and extend BestEffortRetryStrategy what would you suggest me to do ?
