Provide console Logging & basic troubleshooting tips

    Description

      There are many instances of the following where users are struggling to do basic troubleshooting (which starts with collection of relevant logs)

      We should improve our logging and troubleshooting guides for CBL and SGW - I have some pointers in the linked post
       
      At very least, we need to include snippet on console logging on both CBL and SGW and how to set  log levels on each platform for debugging etc
