Unclear CBS requirements of SGW

    Description

      Just noticed in our Sync Gateway documentation, we didn’t clearly specify the required services from Couchbase Server. What I understand, earlier versions, which used views, only required data service. However, start from SGW 2.1, which we started to recommend using indexes, will need query and index services.

      It will be more clear if we specify the required CBS services for the SGW deployments.
