The cbbackupmgr restore page references the existence of the `-disable-bucket-config` flag in the SYNOPSIS and DESCRIPTION. However, the OPTIONS section only shows a `-enable-bucket-config` flag. Basically, this page indicated that bucket configurations are restored by default, but it appears that they may not be.
