Description
What's the issue?
Compacting new backups is currently not supported (it's no longer required). If users attempt to compact a Rift based backup they will see a warning (added in CC).
What's the fix?
We should update the documentation to indicate that compacting new backups is unsupported and doesn't actually do anything.
