    Description

      In the .NET documentation (https://docs.couchbase.com/dotnet-sdk/current/howtos/collecting-information-and-logging.html) some code snippets are not displaying, and are replaced by the following:

      Unresolved include directive in modules/howtos/pages/collecting-information-and-logging.adoc - include::example$Couchbase.Examples.Logging.NonHost/Program.cs[]
