6.6 Server Docs do not reflect cbbackupmgr test matrix

    Description

      In K8S-2292, some confusion came about on whether or not cbbackupmgr from 6.6.2 supports 6.5 and 5.5. Per my correspondence with tools engineering management and QE management, it does and this is documented in the GDrive doc that tracks the matrix.

      To reduce confusion, could we please update the server docs to explain the 6.6.0 limitation, add the 6.6.1 and 6.6.2 support and document any caveats there?
