Description

Run the descriptionizer tool on the following 3.2 SDKs to ensure with have `:description` tags in all our pages:

C
DotNet
Scala

This ensures that Google Search returns the correct text for our pages.

How to use:

The command to install: npm i -g gitlab:opendevise/oss/descriptionizer
