C++ transactions documentation should detail the 6.6.1 requirement

    Description

      Transactions require server 6.6.1 or above due to a known issue with the CreateAsDeleted support.  I see references to only 6.6 on https://docs.couchbase.com/cxx-txns/current/distributed-acid-transactions-from-the-sdk.html

      In fact it looks like the C++ docs aren't using the common portions of transactions docs in sdk-docs-common?
