document publish API for views

To move a view called test from dev to prod, I need to run this curl:

curl -X PUT -H "Content-Type: application/json" -u admin:password http://localhost:8091/couchBase/CRF_DATA/_design/test -d @test.ddoc

In this example, bucket is CRF_DATA.

It is not documented in the REST API doc for views:
