Check relevant legacy config descriptions not dropped for beta02

Do a sanity check to ensure that the config setting description aligns with legacy version as appropriate?

For instance https://docs.couchbase.com/sync-gateway/3.0/configuration-properties.html#databases-this_db-server
includes  a discussion on alt addresses and valid hostnames that is missing in 3.0 .
