CE to EE Upgrade Path needs to be clarified in current documentation.

In earlier versions of this page, it was clear that the CE to EE upgrade path being discussed is an in-place, rolling upgrade, where the CE and EE versions had to be the same. This is not clear in the current documentation. This leads to the impression that if a new EE cluster is being built, and the data will be XDCR'd from the CE to EE cluster, they both must be the same version. This can lead a client to upgrade their CE cluster to 7.0, only to find they no longer can XDCR the data to another cluster.

A good addition to the upgrade path charts would be a compatibility chart showing the versions of XDCR that can be used to send data from one cluster to another. This chart would make it clear to any client considering this upgrade path what their options are.
