Travel-sample app connecting to Capella

This ticket will cover the POC and initial implementation on one SDK's travel sample app.

Initial POC was done on Java with Boyd Stowe 

Fuller POC was done on Python by Asmaa Damoh and is now integrated and ready for review.

Once resolved, I will spin out tickets for the other SDKs sample apps.

Known limitations:

• provision in Capella (hosted) is currently manual
• ?ssl=no_verify. This is temporary, and will be fixed properly on release of SDK API 3.3 series, which will include the certificates required.
• "Administrator/password" is still used (though not for Capella workflow, and is now de-emphasized in docs)
