Document how to use an external Prometheus to consume Couchbase stats

With Couchbase 7.x, it is not necessary to write a custom Prometheus Exporter. Instead, Couchbase Server exposes a Prometheus-ready REST end-points that allows an external Prometheus server to read in Couchbase stats directly.
