Documentation for SDK could use suggestions on how to set up bucket/scope/collection

The introduction to the Scala SDK (https://docs.couchbase.com/scala-sdk/current/hello-world/start-using-sdk.html) does not include any reference on how to set up the bucket/scope/collection. Instead it is assumed the correct collections, etc, are already present in the database. 

It would be good to include a link to another resource on how to set these up via a script, or include some code that does this initialisation.
