Improve the Upgrade page

The upgrade page could do with a revamp to make it clearer.

The main concern are the two tables which describe the upgrade path from various versions.

They start with a version and then go upward. Would it be clearer to start with the latest version and draw the path you need to take to reach it?

It would be worth taking a look at other tech sites and seeing how they handle documenting upgrade paths.

And is there something special about version 6.04 that it warrants a special mention?
