    Description

I was notified by Sumedh Basarkod that the certificate management section in docs for Neo as here mentions that customer needs to disable node to node (n2n) encryption before managing root & intermediate certs

This wording is no longer required in Neo as we have support for Multiple CAs. That is to say we no longer have the limitation to disable node to node encryption when management of root/intermediate certs is performed.
