Thank you all for your patience as we worked through the Exchange migration this week. While the email migration from Intermedia to Microsoft Office 365 is nearly complete, there are some cleanup items that remain to be resolved. If you know of anyone internally who is experiencing email or calendar issues or has not received email, please refer them to Slack #office365. Likewise, if you are experiencing any issues related to the Office 365 Exchange migration and require immediate assistance, you can reach the IT team at #office365. For any other support issues, contact the IT team at [1]helpdesk@couchbase.com. The Slack migration support channel will remain active until 14-Jun-2019.
With Office 365 Exchange, we now have advanced capabilities for phishing, malware, and spam detection.
To help improve the quality and intelligence of our system, we ask that you help us with the following:
*Reporting: Use the ‘Report Message’ add-in from your Outlook toolbar to report Junk, Phishing, or to mark specific items as Not Junk.
The add-on button appears like this from the Outlook -> Home tab:
*Quarantine: Using your Office 365 account, you can access quarantine items from [2]https://protection.office.com/quarantine.
Bookmark this page in your browser. From here, you will have the option to preview, release, and delete suspected quarantine items.
*Alerting: Continue to alert IT or any outbound or inbound email delivery issues.
IT can fine-tune the delivery of content and information by adding known recipients and domains to our allowed list, while blocking others.
