Golang client should set its version in the HELO command

    Description

      The memcached.log will now print the output of the helo command, this is extremely useful as it allows Admins to see what clients are connected to the cluster:

      2016-04-05T13:43:34.121041+01:00 NOTICE 43: HELO [libcouchbase/2.5.7] TCP NODELAY [ 127.0.0.1:61904 - 127.0.0.1:11210 ]

      Currently the Golang client does not use the HELO command.
