gocb logs showing warn level logs in normal operation

Following the update to gocbcore to improve connection time logging we now see WARN level logs in the normal operation gocb. These occurs when a cluster object is created and then a bucket opened straight away because we shut down the gocbcore agent whilst it is bootstrapping. We should be a bit more selective about which error conditions to log at warn in gocbcore.
