Query errors need to contain the query response body

This is especially true when we can't parse the response body as a query error. In transactions I'm seeing the errror that I need (TransactionOperationFailedError) just get swallowed. We should expose this either via InnerError or via a new ResponseBody field. I would lean toward favouring the latter as we can then raise sentinel errors as the base with the response body included.
