Memd package ReadPacket can not decode new frame types

As discussed with Charlie, the ReadPacket function is not able to read the recently added, PreserveExpiry or UserImpersonation Frames from a packet - they get recorded as Unsupported Frames, although the WritePacket function can encode them.
