    Description

      This is an API breaking change that probably shouldn't be in a dot patch but it's also (as we've found out) a potentially quite dangerous setting. We could rename it to DisableCleanupWatchATRs to flip the default but realistically if lost cleanup is enabled then it should be enabled.
