Meta-data unavailable on all queries with CNG

    Description

      Doing a simple query against PS is resulting in an execption:

      exception {
      		 
        other {
      		 
          serialized: "an error occurred during querying which has made the meta-data unavailable"
      		 
        }
      		 
      }

      Interestingly, this message comes if the query options includes the setMetrics true, and if its false.  (Equivalent queries are working with Java SDK with PS, so presuming SDK issues not CNG)
