Major Description
Per discussion with the Influxdata/Telegraf folks, we should consider adding a feature to gocb which allows for generic, but topology aware, request response.
Their goal is to shift from gocouchbase to gocb, but be able to get the stats listed in https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/tree/master/plugins/inputs/couchbase
Michael Nitschinger suggested that we add the generic feature outlined above, and that'd allow gathering this from the cluster REST interface.
