Error messages could be improved

Many of the error messages in the SDK consist of only a small status text (such as "no access").  These should be expanded with additional information which better describes the issue, for instance "Bucket does not exist or user does not have access".  This should probably be separate from the primary message, (ie: `Message(no access), Desc(Bucket does not exist or user does not have access)`).
