UpsertDesignDocument hangs

    Description

      After upgrading to 2.0.1 that fixed the missing timeout issue. When running UpsertDesignDocument it hangs for a VERY long time. Even when adding timeout: 2*time.Second it doesnt make a difference. As a temp fix for this i wrapped that method in a gorutine.
