    Description

      A new DCP control flag is being added to KV Engine to enable sequential backfilling of vBuckets which is a requirement for backup to cloud. For more information on the control flag see MB-37680 and it's attached patches particularly this one.

      The new control flag is backfill_order and accepts the values:
      1) round-robin (default)
      2) sequential

      Support will need to be added to gocbcore to allow users to explicitly set the backfill order using the new control flag.
