[CI] Gocb first durability test always fails against 7.0

    Description

      When running on Jenkins (and only on Jenkins) the first test that runs in the set of TestDurabilityGetFromAnyReplica tests always fails. It doesn't matter which test it is, it will always fail. This only happens against 7.0.
