Improve documentation on queryEndpoints

Since the pooling was introduced in 2.4.2, there are new tuneables.  These need to be documented along with a discussion of when to adjust, how to monitor, etc.  Given that query can have such a wide set of response latencies based on the query being issued, and that we can't pipeline, we need to make sure this is well covered in the docs.
