Provide best practice example for bulk inserting data into CB

The docs have good examples for async/bulk handling of get() operations but they don't call out the specifics of insert/upsert().  Admittedly the code will be very similar but it would be very helpful to provide a specific example showcasing our best practice for bulk loading data reactively.
