Intermittently 1 view thread out of 3 does not recover when service restarts 3 nodes one by one

Test with 2.6.0 and release candidate for 2.6.1 (core-io 357b6cd6cc8f1f59c897034dc4a6c2e448085639, java-client c0bc46344c36d37d29be6333ec9b372539f39e0d)
Server : Vulcan rc4 5.5.0-2958
SSH: on
Threads : 5 KV, 3 View, 3 HTTP(View with limit 0).
Test Description : Ramp for 30 seconds. Cluster modification: Execute 'service couchbase-server stop' on 3 nodes waiting 1 seconds between each invocation sleep for 5 seconds and restore the nodes. Restoring is peformed by: re-active the services by invoking service couchbase-server starton each of the nodes. Rebound for 90 seconds.
